Flower Dedication

You are invited to honor or convey thanks for a special person in your life through the placement of flowers and greens in the church during Sunday services.

To do so, please complete this form, including your name and the intention. Additionally, a donation of $50 is appreciated for the flowers and greens. You may mail the check made payable to Saint Matthew’s to the church, or deposit it in the offering plate at the Sunday services.
